Mondays

PRICING:

$15 drop-in, $50/5 classes, $100/10 classes or the new UNLIMITED monthly option for $150 (contact Denise if finances are an issue). The monthly option is from the first of the month until the end of the month and allows you to attend an unlimited number of classes and recordings for that month. Special offer - one fee per day, attend as many classes as you like in one day for the price of one class!

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

Level 1 - for beginners and continuing students who prefer a slower paced class 

Level 2 - for continuing "seasoned" students, who have a home practice, years of experience or ready for a more intense practice

Yoga for 50+ - for anyone who prefers a class focused on the needs of students over 50 

Restorative Yoga - a deeply relaxing practice

Chair Yoga - for students recovering from injury/surgery or anyone who prefers a supported practice without going to the floor

Tuesday Rotating Series (10:00 am class) - for continuing students interested in a focused, more intense practice

Pranayama & Philosophy - for students drawn to the inner yoga practices

Gentle Yoga - using props and supports, first half of class is active and second half restorative

IN-PERSON CLASS INFO:

Alliance Wellness Studio is located at 7887 Soquel Dr, Aptos

In-person class is open to students fully vaccinated. Please wear a mask when entering and leaving the studio, you may remove your mask once you are on your mat. The room has a HEPA filter and the windows will be opened to provide air flow. Class size will be limited so students can spread out. Some props are provided - bring your own mat, 2 yoga blocks and a belt and please bring a towel to cover the other blankets and bolsters. Please stay home to join on Zoom if you feel ill/have allergies, even if you are sure you don't have Covid. Please err on the side of caution - thank you!

 

ZOOM INFO:

Please have the following props close by:

- Yoga mat
- 2 or 3 blankets and/or large beach towels   
- 1 or 2 yoga blocks (or a few thick books or throw pillows)

- Yoga strap (or a scarf, a robe belt or long towel)
- Eye pillow or hand towel to place over your eyes during Savasana

Find a spot where you have a strong wi-fi signal, minimal background noise and space for your yoga mat. Log on 5-10 minutes before the start time. Place your screen and mat where you can best see me and I can see you. If your internet connection slows down during class, try turning off your video camera so you can still see the class, but I can’t see you. 

"Speaker" view allows you to see me, while "Gallery" or "Grid" view will show other students in the class. After class concludes, you will have the opportunity to ask questions, chat with the other students, etc. This is the value of being in an online class that is LIVE!
