Q: Will you continue teaching online Zoom classes?
A: YES! 
 
Q: Do you teach any in-person classes?
A: Yes, on Tuesdays & Thursdays at Wellness Studio in Aptos. Check out my Schedule page for details. I hope to add more in-person classes in 2023, but the yoga studios I used to teach at have closed their physical locations (Yoga Within and Body & Soul Yoga). The weekend Yoga platform classes in Aptos Hills will be back when the weather permits. You can always check back to my website for my up-to-date schedule.
 
Q: Midday classes are tough, can you teach earlier or later? Can you offer evening/weekend classes?
A: Check out my Wednesday 4-5 pm Yoga for 50+ class and my once a month Friday Restorative Yoga from 5-6 pm. I also teach a Rotating Topic class on Tuesdays 10-11 am and Level 2 on Thursdays from 8:30-9:45 am. I offer workshops at least once a month on weekends.
 
Q: Will you teach any in-person classes in the San Jose area? 
I hope to teach some in-person workshops in the San Jose area in 2023, but the yoga studio I used to teach workshops in (Willow Glen Yoga) has closed. I will no longer be commuting to the San Jose area for weekly classes.
 
Q: Will you be teaching any retreats this year?
A: Hopefully, though nothing planned yet. I'm working on it!
 
Q: I've developed more series health issues/had surgery/can't get to the floor anymore.
A: Check out my Chair Yoga class on Wednesdays 12-1 pm.
 
Q: Will you provide a way for me to pay with a credit card?
A: I'm working on it, hope to offer that option soon!
 
Q: Would you record your classes?
A: Yes, I have recordings available, and am working on a software service where you can go to easily use my videos at your convenience. In the meantime, send me an email for recording links. For free class recordings, I suggest the Fig Garden Yoga channel on You Tube. The teacher, Audrey Tan, is a friend of mine, who is also a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher and her teaching style is similar to mine. 
Q: Can you give me more personal feedback during Zoom classes?
A: Yes, please look at your own video when you join the Zoom class to make sure you can see as much of yourself as possible. What you see of yourself is what I see. Also its easier for me to see you if you have a plain background behind you. You may also book a private session with me for more personal feedback.
Q: Would you give me assistance making a personalized home practice? Would you do private class to correct my bad habits? 
A: Yes! I am available for private online or in-person sessions to help with both of these questions, send me an email and we can arrange a time.
Q: Would you share a short list of favorite yoga books?
A: Sure! Here are a few: (top pick) Yoga the Iyengar Way by Silva, Mira & Shyam Mehta, Back Care Basics by Dr. Mary Pullig Schatz, Relax & Renew by Judith Lasater, Yoga for Osteoporosis & Yoga for Arthritis by Dr. Loren Fishman and Ellen Saltonstall and of course, Light On Yoga by BKS Iyengar. 
Q: Would you provide a list of favorite vegan recipes?
A: If you are on Facebook, I have a private group (meaning it doesn't show up in searches and only friends and friends of friends are in it) for vegan recipes. Just let me know if you are interested. Otherwise, send me an email and I'll send you a few favorites.... like the gnocchi spinach soup we just had for dinner!
