Has your lower back become painful or achy from the extra sitting these days? Has your doctor or chiropractor told you to "strengthen your core"? Would you like to improve your posture? Join us as we work the "core" of our bodies (the lower back, abdominal and pelvic muscles), in a variety of poses. Working on the core can relieve back pain, enhance flexibility, promote better breathing and improve balance and posture.

Yoga for Agility

Agility is the ability to move easily with balance and control, think of a cat walking along the top of a fence or a dog running an agility course. Join us as we develop our agility by working on strength, flexibility and balance in yoga poses.

Bali Tour with Daily Yoga

March, 2021 

Join me for an incredible trip to BALI! Our trip will bring you into three distinct regions of Bali. We will stay in small, locally owned hotels—away from the tourist scene—so you can fully immerse ourselves in this unique, evocative culture. In addition to daily yoga classes (taught by Denise Wendler), our excursions will include cultural activities, artistic presentations, snorkeling expeditions among tropical coral gardens, walks through the natural beauty and free time. 

 

Most days will begin with morning yoga taught by Denise Wendler. Each hotel has a yoga studio and all props for us to use for our class. Made Surya and Judy Slattum of DanuTours are organizing and guiding this tour. Trip Cost and Fees: TBD includes airfare from LA or San Francisco. The price is based on two people sharing a twin or double-bedded room with private bath (all hotels have western amenities).
